A table might have everything from a raw bar to the whole grilled lemon sole for two or a tender lobster roll with truffle mayo, and creamy and buttery chowder.

The beverage program offers a signature selection of Martinis, Margaritas and clarified Bloody Marys - the best drinks to be paired with fresh and cooked seafood.

The bar menu is complemented with a laconic selection of low-intervention wines consisting of crisp and salty whites and light and juicy reds as well as Champagnes and Cremants. The wine list champions small, natural and biodynamic producers from across Europe, who work their vineyards organically, with respect to nature and soil.
